Wicked Twister was a record-breaking roller coaster at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio. It opened in 2002 as the tallest and fastest double-twisting impulse coaster in the world. The ride accelerated riders forward and backward five times, reaching a top speed of 72 mph while ascending the twisted towers at a near-vertical angle.
